TitleNickel Catalysed Electrochemical Reactions
CourseDoctor of Philosophy
Project opportunityNickel Catalysed Electrochemical Reactions
Description

This project will focus on preparing a selection of well-defined (chiral and achiral) nickel pre-catalysts. Following this the candidate will investigate nickel electrocatalysed C-H Activation - borylation and amination reactions. If successfull the possibility of asymmetric nickel electrocatalysed C-H activation will be trailed. This project is in collaboration with Prof's Reto Dorta and George Koutsantonis.
