TitleAboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Research Scholarships
Description

This scholarship is available to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander research candidates who are interested in pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy, Master of Philosophy or other Higher Degree by Research at UWA. It provides a stipend scholarship (living allowance) of $45,000 per annum and a research operating and travel allowance of $5000. An establishment allowance of up to $2000 will be available to candidates who are required to relocate from interstate or regional WA to take up the scholarship.

To be eligible for this scholarship, you must be an Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person. Note: Preference may be given to commencing students. Applicants are required to provide confirmation of their Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander status.
