This scholarship is offered to encourage and support a domestic female PhD candidate undertaking research in the field of economics.

It is established in recognition of Emeritus Professor Ken Clements and his longstanding contribution to the profession and dedication to PhD candidates.

The scholarship is a top-up stipend and includes a research allowance. 

Applicants must:

• be domestic and female
• demonstrate that their intended research in the PhD is in the field of economics
• be supported by the proposed academic supervisor
• be awarded a primary stipend scholarship.
