| Project description | General OverviewThis project is an opportunity for a domestic applicant to assess what communication, social, economic and institutional factors may limit adoption and scaling of ZNE-Ag solutions (especially technology ‘stacks’). Objective: Identify what elements in the producer’s environment influence the scaling readiness of selected ZNE technologies and technology stacks. Co-design and trial interventions to address those challenges in real time. Impact: This research will provide the latest knowledge of how to enable change for emissions reduction in agriculture. Pathways to Adoption: Living laboratory methodology involving producers and communities of practice to co-design solutions. Professional development produced and delivered to researchers about responsible agricultural innovation to enhance impact and scaling readiness. Guides for managing PDS on how to expand the reach and impact of demonstration site activities. Expert advice delivered on how to more effectively engage end-users in emission management. Broader guidance (through short courses, workshops and documentation) to CRC end-users (e.g. RDCs and grower groups) on how to create/strengthen an enabling environment to achieve scaling.
